About Me

With 20 years of experience in Massage Therapy, I have been helping people

recover from chronic injury, scar tissue and joint pain with great success...

My specialty is sitters with postural issues. Also Impact injuries that lead to sprain, strain, shoulder, elbow & hip pain.

I have also helped clients improve their crohn's, scoliosis, migraines and fibromyalgia symptoms... even one's golf swing!

I work using a combination of CranioSacral, Visceral Manipulation and Shiatsu as well as great attention to detail. Shiatsu is a unique and

ancient technique that works to improve overall alignment using perpendicular pressure in areas of facial constriction. CranioSacral

and Visceral manipulation are extensions of the osteopathic curriculum offered through the Upledger Institute of Virology.

All sessions are given on a traditional massage table and may accommodate a fully clothed treatment if preferred.
